Think, Kristen could easily be part Russian & Urkainian & Irish too. But it is so that is part Polish & Scottish! She is very beautiful talented actress.

After look the photos of Kristen, i believe that she has a resemblance to the women of eastern europe.

Also, I have often heard that the women from Poland are the most beautiful in the world.

    Kristen confirms that premise

If her Polish and Scottish family joined in the States, then the possibility of German ethnicity is unlikely.

A Polish person with Scottish name often is actually of German background. Most if not all of the Scots who settled in Poland settled at Gdańsk (or Danzig in German), since it was a free city at the time, but Gdańsk has a German majority (87%) since the early 1300s, which is why the Polish crown have so much trouble in controlling the city, and ultimately granted free city status. The German majority rules the city with Flemish and Scottish latecomers, and due to the Protestant Reformation, they remain separate and sometimes hostile towards the Polish Catholic minorities, who lived on the countrysides around Gdańsk. The city itself often change hands between the German and Polish crown, but neither side changed the demographics of the city, due to its wealth. Only after WW2 has the German majority moved on from the city to Germany and other countries. Many Germans who emigrated from Gdańsk after the war declared themselves as Polish to allow easy entry, and reduce the disadvantages of been a German so soon after WW2.

Some Polish people, (especially ones from the North) have Scottish ancestry and Scottish surnames, as in the 1500s, many Scottish Calvinist fled Scotland to Poland (the area of Gdansk), since Poland, at the time, granted asylum to those persecuted for their religions (hence is why they had a really large Jewish population at one time). The Scots eventually assimilated though, but some of their surnames names prevailed.

I am wondering if Bell comes from a Scottish Calvinist who fled to Poland.

I know some Poles, (from Poland) with surnames like Bricks and Dunbarr, Scottish surnames.
