Joyce Randolph was an American actress. She was known for playing Trixie Norton on the shows The Jackie Gleason Show and, in a starring role, The Honeymooners.

Joyce was the daughter of Mary Johanna and Carl/Kalle Sirola. Her father was born in either Michigan or Poussu, Kuusamo, Finland. Her mother was born in Michigan. All of Joyce’s grandparents were Finnish. She was married to marketing executive Richard Lincoln Charles, until his death, with whom she had a son.
