She has starred in the film After (2019), and its sequels, After We Collided, After We Fell, After Ever Happy, and After Everything; her other roles are in the films Wish Upon, Into the Dark: They Come Knocking, MOXiE!, Gigi & Nate, and The Other Zoey, and on the series Wolf Creek.

Her mother, Elizabeth Green, is a pediatrician, who has authored literature about parenting. Her father, Stephen Langford, is a flying doctor and medical services director. She was raised in Applecross, a riverside suburb of Perth. Her sister is actress Katherine Langford.
