No way my friend, he is just a typical Catalan with a strong tan lol… They are the people in Spain with the least non-euro admixture, wich, by the way, is quite small among pretty much all spaniards, and iberians in general, unlike some people are led to believe. North African and Middle Eastern people have a distinctive look that is way different from the average iberian, the only euros that can really look ”arabic” to the point of blending almost perfectly in a crowd are southern italians, and some southwest greeks.

And about the italians, you twisted what i said, i only pointed out that S. italians are among the euros that can resamble NA and ME people in a more clear way than iberians in general, not that every S. Italian person is an ethnic MENA, there’s also many blonde and light-eyed S. Italian people for sure, because they are all white in the pratical sense of the word anyway. It’s just that the region of S . Italy and southwest Greece has been in costant exchange with NA and the ME for the centuries, so it’s predictable that this would influence the genetic composition and sometimes the appearience of S. Italian and Greek people, especially those in the southwest.
