Jayson Tatum is an American professional basketball player. He plays for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was named the NBA Eastern Conference Finals Most Valuable Player in 2022, won a gold medal with his team at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, and holds the records for most points scored in an NBA All-Star game and most points scored in a Game 7 of any NBA playoffs series. He is 6′8″.
He is the son of Brandy Cole and Justin Tatum, who is a professioal basketball coach and player. He is also a cousin of professional basketball player Tyronn Lue. Jayson has a son.
