I wonder what part of Spain the surname Sangalo originates, from what i know, she looks southern spanish, but i can see the portuguese in her as well(especially her nose and the shape of her eyes). Saw many pictures of her paternal familly, her grandfather for example was a pretty standard spaniard, i dont think he had any substantial north african admixture, but ”99% european” just seems a bit too high, she is obviusly white with a good taning due to classic spanish olive complexion, but she must have slightly higher black and indigenous ancestry from her mother’s side, some of her maternal relatives look a bit mixed.

I love how you sweep towards the Spanish with someone who has both Portuguese an Spanish ancestry because it doesn’t fit the delusional and somehow-Nordic-esque idea of Portuguese people you have (while having never been to Portugal I most likely correctly pressume)
      >”classic spanish olive complexion” kek
Yeah man is not like olive complexion is a thing all throughout Southern Europe obviously and largely including Portugal, but then again you think the Portuguese are literal Vikings for some unfathomable reason so
      ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’m definitely not arguing with you about this forever. I have already made my points on other comment section. Now, if you can’t understand what i meant, that’s your problem. I think it’s quite funny and sad at the same time how much you bother reading something slithly out of your bias about southern european people, especially iberians, and immediatly burns into this passive agressive edge lord. ”delusional and somehow-Nordic-esque idea of Portuguese people you have”, ”you think the Portuguese are literal Vikings for some unfathomable reason so”, and so on… Lame sarcasm and gross generalizations will not improve your case. You just try so hard to win an argument to the point where you have to stick to the most stupid desqualification strategy just so you don’t have to take anything back. You think you already know it all about every single southern european ethnicity that you can’t bare it that other people might have a different take on it. The fact that you did not knew that Sangalo is a spanish surname, while pretending you are the hot —- when it comes to spaniards, just shows how much of a hilariusly clueless poser you are.

…and btw if you are a spaniard, or have been or live in Spain or any other southern european country, that does not automatically make you an 100% accurate source on topics related to Spain or any other southern european country, you can even be native to one place and not know much about it, or have a biased/manipulated idea, sorry i have to break this down for you mate, and happy new year!

Plus Sangalo is most definitely not a Spanish surname

“Sangalo” appears to exist in Navarra, though it’s rare.

She looks Iberian. But I don’t believe in these results. She is Iberian descent and must have some North African ancestry.
The same way that I don’t believe in Neguinho da Beija-flor results. No Way this men is 67% European. The are more reliable tests now. They should do another.

    • Oaken05 says:

Though these tests aren’t really great at nailing down specific regions, they are basically flawless when it comes to macro racial measurements. I’ve had all kinds of micro-regions come and go as my testing company has update my results. I am still almost exactly as much African and European I am over all these updates.

Fortunately for science, it doesn’t matter what you believe or don’t.

      • jackson9 says:

I agree with you Oaken05 from my experience as well. If you don’t want to answer I understand but did you take the ancestry test? and follow up question did your most recent update give you a surprisingly high percentage of Scottish ancestry as well? It seems like that’s what everyone is talking about

        • Oaken05 says:

Supposedly, Ancestry now has a “Scotland” problem, but it didn’t affect my results. In fact, I got NO Scottish, while a close family member had almost no Scotland to know being predominantly Scotland. lol Anyway, the best way to think about it is to simply combined Wales and Scotland with England & Northwestern Europe and you get an idea of how British you are.

    She looks Iberian.
