Her official YouTube channel has garnered 3.4 billion views. Iggy is the daughter of Tanya and Brendan Kelly, who is a painter and comic artist. Her surname is generally Irish. She moved to the U.S. at sixteen to pursue her music career. Iggy has a son with her former partner, American rapper, singer, and songwriter Playboi Carti.
Iggy has stated, “My family came to Australia on the First Fleet. My family’s been in that country for a long time, over 100 years. If your family’s lived in Australia for a long time, everyone has a little bit of (Aboriginal blood). I know my family does because we have an eye condition that only Aboriginal people have.”

Also just because you’re family’s been in the country for a long time doesn’t mean you have Native blood some of my family has been in US since 17th century and I have NO Native American Blood. 100 years is not a long time Europeans started Immigrating to Australia in the 18th century!
