Deep Roy is a Kenyan-British actor, puppeteer, and stuntperson. He is known for his work with Tim Burton, particularly as the Oompa-Loompas in the 2005 film Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. He also played Teeny Weeny in The NeverEnding Story and the Indian-Mexican criminal, Aaron, on Eastbound & Down. He was born in Nairobi, Kenya, to Indian parents. His surname Purba is of Punjabi origin. Deep is married to Millie Farris.

He is a dwarf, and is 4’4″.
