Coco Lee (李玟) was a Chinese-American musician, singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer, and actress. She was famous in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and was known for her song “Do You Want My Love,” and for performing Best Original Song nominee “A Love Before Time,” from Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, at the 2001 Academy Awards.

She was born in Hong Kong. Her father was Chinese-Malaysian. Her mother was Hong Kong Cantonese. Coco spent most of her teen years in San Francisco, California, U.S. She was offered a recording contract in Hong Kong towards the end of high school. She was married to Hong Kong-based Canadian businessperson Bruce Rockowitz, until her death.
