Buddy Valastro is an American celebrity chef, entrepreneur, and reality television personality.
He is the son of Mary (Tubito) and Bartolomeo/Bartolo Valastro. His father was born in Lipari, an island located 19 miles from Sicily, Italy, and moved to the U.S. when he was twelve. His mother is from Altamura, Apulia, Italy. His grandfathers were both born in New York, and later returned to their families’ homeland of Italy.
He is married to Lisa, with whom he has four children.
Buddy’s paternal grandparents were Francisca(?) Valastro and Grazia/Grace Lauch (daughter of Carb Lauch and Giuseppa Russo).
Buddy’s maternal grandparents were Nicola Tubito (the son of Massimo Tubito and Makia Galetta) and Maddalena Giordano (the daughter of Joseph Giordano and Antonia).

I think there is some confusion with his paternal grandfather’s parents’ names as they’re listed in the video.
What about “Carb Lauch”? It does not sound much Italian to me or like an anglicization. Also “Francisca” is a female name and two Joseph Giordano in the family tree seem odd (but still possible).
On familysearch there’s a couple from Hoboken, Bartolo/Barthelow Valastro and Francesca/Francisca, who are likely Buddy’s great-grandparents.
