Broderick Crawford was an American actor. He won the Academy Award for Best Actor for All the King’s Men (1949).
Broderick was the son of Helen A. (Broderick) and Lester Crawford (born Lester Crawford Pendergast), who were vaudeville performers. He was married to Mary Alice Moore, until his death. He had two children with his former wife, actress Kay Griffith.
