Blondshell is the project of American indie rock musician Sabrina Teitelbaum. She was previously known as Baum.

She is the daughter of Abigail and Doug Teitelbaum, who is chairman of NJOY.

Sabrina’s paternal grandfather was Marvin Teitelbaum (the son of Samuel Teitelbaum and Celia Nachwalter/Newalter/Neuritter). Marvin was born in New York City, to Polish Jewish parents. Samuel was born in Wielopole.

Sabrina’s paternal grandmother is Geraldine Segal (the daughter of Raphael Segal and Sarabel Horvitz). Geraldine was born in Allegheny, Pennsylvania, to a Jewish family. Raphael was born in Waco, Texas, to a father from Botoșani, Romania and a mother born in Safed, Israel, whose family was originally from Chișinău, Moldova. Sarabel was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to parents from Shchedrin, Belarus.

Sabrina’s maternal grandfather is named Randall Duncan Smith (the son of parents surnamed Smith and Duncan). Randall’s maternal grandparents were Irish.

Sabrina’s maternal grandmother was named Kathryn.
