Jewish people like Steisand have ancestor who are originally from the middle east. They moved to Europe a long time ago where they settled in countries like Austria, Hungary Ukraine, Russia etc. They sometimes intermarried with Europeans.

That’s not true. Jews moved to European during Roman Empire and intermarried with Italians then during Early Middle Ages they started migrating to Central Europe (Ashkenazi) and Iberia (Sephardi), but they didn’t intermarriage with those groups since then they were living very isolated.
