“looks mestizo” lol he is the most native looking guy ever. If he doesn’t look native to you no one does. I think it’s the mestizos who look more indigenous than anything.

  1. Check7t says:

Looks like a mestizo, definitely not 100% Native.

A lot of native Americans looked just like him before the Americas were being colonized. He can definitely be pure Native American, ask yourself “what is a native American?”
Do some more research before you start judging others by looks. Many native Americans had red/blond hair and light eyes.

He looks Native American to me, but perhaps my eyes are deceiving me.

  2. AnonymousPerson says:

    He looks kind of Filipino.

    • Cossette271 says:

Many natives do.. Doesn’t mean that they are.

    • Alice says:

Native Americans look different to me than Filipinos. Native Americans are usually taller for starters and if people are good at discerning features they don’t look the same.

      • AW says:

I agree. I’ve never seen or met a Filipino that looks like Adam Beach…Native Canadians and Native Americans usually have fine features while Filipinos generally have round features. Filipinos are generally on the short side while Natives usually aren’t.

    “Whitey”? Oh that’s not racist.

  4. MGarcia says:

He is part Native and Part Caucasian because the Natives mixed with the Caucasian when they came to trade and settle. However, when you were accepted and absorbed into a tribe, you were accepted Period. White people created the blood quantum laws not the Natives. This was designed strictly to deny the right of many to claim “Indian” ancestry so they wouldn’t have to give up too many “benefits”. Now, days, tribes are trying the same old dirty shyt for the same dirty reason (greed) with the black siminoles and others for not being pure blooded but truth be told none of us have been pure blooded since “Whitey” came on the scene. I always thought my maternal grandfather as pure blooded. Come to find out he’s half Irish.

      lmfao whatever.

No such thing as being part Native. He doesn’t identify as being white atall and nothing has proven that he is half white or even has white ancestry. Not all Native’s intermixed just like not all white mixed with the Natives.

Any Native who complains about blood quantum usually are thoughs fake-wannabes, or have too low blood quantum to qualify. It’s helping to protect our culture now because so many people who have zero- to no blood quantum, are claiming Native ancestry. It may have been that way in the start to help deny Native rights for sure in the past, but this law has totally been a godsend in recent cases where people try to get fake benefits or etc from the government.

If we had no blood quantum, no blood ancestry proof, everyone and their dog, who has a fake claim or family myth, etc, would be lining up for status and benefits just because they can, and would override any true Native Americans/recent mixed ones, who actually qualify, and then they could let anyone who has 0% or 1% in.

Seriously. Come on. Are we seriously going to defend such low standards or try to change them to let everyone in? Get real. That is why you have some tribes were everyone on it looks and is 100% white. Theses are not Natives.

So in your mind i should be able to claim 1/1000th black just because of the one drop rule? Why is this acceptable for Native ancestry? you will never be Native with such low percentage, and I will never be black with 1/1000th ancestry.

So please stop this crap about blood quantum being useless and unnecessary for our status and for identifying as Native.

That is what causes everyone who has just a little or no blood quantum to claim Native.

Just stop that nonsense. It does nothing to help us if we let anyone in. We need to protect our heritage.

He is seen as Native, gets Native roles in TV shows, and is Native in Native and White eyes. Guess what he is? NATIVE.

    • ashash says:

Dude, he is just Native. He isn’t part white.

    • ihatemostpeople says:

WTF??? Um no, you’re mistaken. He’s not mixed. He’s 100% Native American.

    • Cossette271 says:

      Stop it. Just, stop it.
