She is a half-sibling of Saffron Aldridge, the multiyear face of Ralph Lauren in the 1990s, Miles Aldridge, a fashion photographer, and Ruby Aldridge, who was the face of Marc by Marc Jacobs.
Lily is married to singer Caleb Followill, of Kings of Leon; with whom she has two children.
