Paul Arizin was an American professional basketball player. A small forward, he spent his entire career with the Philadelphia Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is listed on NBA 75th Anniversary Team. He was inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame as a player in 1978.

Paul was the son of Anne and Orazio Arizzi. His father’s family was from Messina, Sicily, Italy.

Paul’s paternal grandfather was Agostino Arizzi (the son of Guiseppe Arizzi and Geroma Ruggeri Rasolo).

Paul’s paternal grandmother was named Maria Pitrolo (the daughter of Agatino Pitrolo).

Paul’s maternal grandfather was Edward V. Gallen (the son of Edward Gallen and Julia Callahan). Paul’s grandfather Edward was born in Philadelphia, to Irish parents.
