His lips and eyes were a give away. Was surprised to learn he was Thai, though. And I believe his mother is half-Thai.
Thai?
‘Thai’ short for Thailand.
I know. He is said to have Indonesian ancestry, not Thai.
My fault, I got them mixed up.
What have you been smoking? he isn”t part Thai, lol
You guys should write his name write…the Van part should be van without a capital V thats the dutch spelling; and since he is Dutch his name should be written like Robin van Persie
Correction: he isn’t fully Dutch. He has Indonesian blood from his grandma who was from Surabaya. This is why he doesn’t look like an average Dutch.
Do you have a source?

Not a very definitive source…
he looks nowhere Italian
Van basten or Van Nilsterooy looks italian too?
Van Basten isn’t fully Dutch. He has probably Asian (austronesian) or African blood.

Only Southern not Northern or Central.
I thought he was muslim or like half arab or something like that! He does not even look full dutch but more southern european like Italian or something because of his dark curly hair, not really typically dutch features.
Dutch people can have dark hair and eyes you know. Van basten, van nilsterooy are examples
Yes, Dutch Surinamese or Dutch Indonesians; 1/2 million people with Indonesian blood living in the Netherlands.
