Lee Evans is a British film and television actor, musician, singer, writer, and stand-up comedian. His roles include the films Funny Bones, The Fifth Element, Mouse Hunt, There’s Something About Mary, The Ladies Man, The Medallion, and Freeze Frame, and television’s Dinotopia. He co-founded production company Little Mo Films.
Lee is the son of Shirley and David “Dave” Evans, who was a comedian, musician, and impressionist. His father was Welsh and his mother had Irish ancestry. The family moved to Essex during Lee’s childhood. He is married to Heather Nudds, with whom he has a daughter.
Lee’s maternal grandfather’s surname was Hunt.
