Forrest Griffin is an American mixed martial artist and UFC Light Heavyweight Champion. He starred on the reality show The Ultimate Fighter, and won the UFC light heavyweight title in 2008.

Forrest was raised in Evans, a suburb of Augusta, Georgia. He has stated that he was looking forward to fighting in Ireland in the UFC. Forrest is married to Jaime Logiudice, with whom he has a daughter.
