He is the son of Gracia Cantor Bayoneto, a Filipina, from Calabanga, Camarines Sur, and Donald Geisler, an American from Chicago, Illinois. He is the brother of taekwando athlete Donald Geisler. Baron is married to psychologist Jamie Marie Evangelista, with whom he has a daughter.
