There’s no one way to be black… I’m black the way I know how to be. You have no idea who I am. I am black. I’m raising black men.
She looks black and Taino Indian but she doesn’t look Spanish at all.
She does speak Spanish.
i see what angel means here in America most black are mixed if u dont believe me just watch pbs African American lives . Anyways I”m am black and proud . Although I’m do not know any family members that come directly from Africa, here in the U.S I’m still considered African American. The same would be for Zoe although her parent were born wherever , her descends originally come from Africa ,as well ( Ray Charles can see that). I myself is brown skinned like Zoe and people always as me what race I am, I tell them black. Although my grandmother is Indian and white, I am still considered african american because of where my descended come from, i have cousins who are white , with blond hair and blue eyes, and there descended come from Africa as well .

Her grandmother looks dominican to me and her mother looks spanish ( like from the caribbean, mixed with white, spaniard and more distant black)
Latino isn’t a race it’s an ethnicity.
Why don’t you people just say she is becoming a very successful artist. That she worked her way up to where she is now an if you’re Latino you should be proud too and try and do better. That’s what you should do instead of insulting people, or saying Dominicans are strange, don’t know much about PR or this and that. I hope none of you talking are Latino because oh my God what a shame. Back then when all the countries were fighting for our independency all of us or at least the majority were invated by Spaniers, Indians, people from France, and African Americans who raped the women and a lot of them were having babies with all these people, therefore we are very mixed and have lots of descendencies, and that is the reason of all the different skin colors of Latinos. Learn your history and if you don’t want to learn it do something smart and stay shut people!
I am just curious, you said “African Americans who raped the women”…what African Americans are you talking about? Was there some time in history that I missed where African Americans were invading Latin America/the Caribbean and raping the women? I know slaves were brought over from Africa to those countries, but I wasn’t aware that some of the slaves from the US went over, too. :o
