    No one is 100% any race. The world is a now a melting pot of ethnicities. Does anyone in this feed know anything of biology and genes such as dominant and recessive. While, the dominant ethnicity could be: African American, Caucasian, Asian, etc. it doesn’t mean that there aren’t other ethnicities somewhere in the person’s lineage. Could it not be possible that certain genes lie recessive in a family and appear in some children while not in others. The truth is, everyone despite ethnicity, can be beautiful. I feel it is ignorant to play a race card just because someone questions someone’s ethnicity. No one “wants” a certain race to fail and if you truly believe that, maybe you should look a look at yourself and your own views. There are discriminatory words and feelings coming from everyone to all races. There are places all over the world where minority roles switch, and people who once were not the minority, find themselves being discriminated against. Walk a mile in someone else’s shoes before you jump to judgments, unless that’s how you want to be treated. If you don’t want to individually judged by your race, then don’t do it to others. I have no hate towards Tyra Banks, in fact, I watched her show everyday. Stop with the hate and maybe we could all get along. As all you Tyra lovers should know and act, “Fierce and LOVE”

    every non”white” country has been occupied by white ppl. doesn’t matter how far or close in history. that being said every human being on this earth has the genetics for all traits.. gr 12 biology. White ppl are white cause they breed more with their own characteristics, and same with every other race.
    i am Sri Lankan – so “indian” – i don’t look like a typical brown person. that being said i know that there is mixes in my lineage of portugese and dutch. regardless i am sri lankan cause that is all i have known and ever will know. but just because i have that lineage doesn’t mean i get upset like more than half the posts on this thread. yeah tyra is black i am with you on that, but i wouldn’t go as far as to call other ppl ignorant just because they point out that there is a mix of another race in there. we are all mutts i don’t think anyone here is of pure blood. so let’s stop arguing about what tyra is after she’s stated she’s black and get back to the more important thing… she’s gorgeous.

    Not trying to be racist by saying this but y couldn’t the white ppl mAde this so much easier by keeping record of us. How the duck us black ppl suppose 2 know what we have in our blood. I consider myself black cause that is who I wad influence by in my life even though u can tell I’m mix because my texture and length of hair is different from blacks

      Nice job Anonymous idiot. Do you realize he is referring to slavery? Of course people knew what ethnicity/tribe they were from, but it’s pretty hard to keep track of under slave conditions. Besides which, most white Americans didn’t even keep record of their history. Most of the family lineage websites you go to are based on records kept by the Mormons. Go fuck off.

      @partylikecrazi….
      Could you please inform me on how “blacks” hair texture and length is suppose to be? I really want to hear your answer since you know so well.
      But, before you do, let me tell you about myself. I have freckles(face full of them); light brown eyes, which sometimes can look hazel in the light; auburn colored hair(thick and wavy)and very long. My father is tanned complexion with kinky red hair and my mother was dark skinned with fine straight hair.
      Now by your calculations, my mother should have had kinky hair and my dad soft curly hair. But, wait.. I have two black parents and grandparents on both sides are black. So how do you explain the freckles.
      Do not group people nor put God’s creation in a box to fit your small mind.

    wow so weird….I remember reading a magazine article in the 90s about her, in which she said she was German and African American….now she’s just claiming she’s African American?
