Patrick is the son of Mary Lou and Thomas “Tom” Fabian. He was raised in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. Patrick is married to Amanda Steckelberg, with whom he has two daughters.

Patrick’s paternal grandfather was Joseph E. Fabian (the son of Joseph J. Fabian and Dorothea Gaspar). Patrick’s grandfather Joseph was born in Pennsylvania.
