Patrice Evra is a French professional footballer. A forward and left-back, he played for Marsala, Monza, Nice, Monaco, Manchester United, Juventus, Marseille, and West Ham United. He served as captain for Manchester United and the France national team.

Patrice was born in Senegal, to a Guinean father, a diplomat, and a Cape Verdean mother, Juliette. His family moved to France when Patrice was an infant, and settled in Les Ulis, south of Paris. Patrice is multi-lingual, and speaks French, English, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Patrice has two children with his wife Sandra; and two children with Gabriella Birley.
