Oscar’s paternal grandparents were Juan José Renta López and Antonia López Meletiche.

On his father’s side, his ancestors Rodrigo Ortiz y Vélez and Juan Miguel Sánchez Ortiz were born in the Spanish municipalities of Almendralejo, Extremadura, and Albacete, Castilla-La Mancha, respectively, making Oscar 1/4096 Extremaduran Spanish and 1/8192 Castilian/Murcian Spanish.
