Stone is an English surname
It’s one of those surnames, like “Miller”, that can be English, Jewish, and so on.
For example, Oliver Stone had a Jewish father.

Many people of partial or even entirely Jewish ancestry don’t identify as Jewish and don’t talk about their heritage.

People who are of entirely Jewish descent, and who don’t identify as Jewish, are rarer these days, but in the past, there were many examples, like Efrem Zimbalist, Jr. (who was raised a Christian) or Erich Von Stroheim. Back in the day, many Jews wanted to assimilate and shed their Jewish identity.

There are English people named “Foley” and (very often) “Blanchard”. I can’t really trace Orlando’s “Foley” and “Blanchard” lines out of England, though it’s possible they had some foreign origins.
“Blanchard” may be a French Norman surname, but it’s very common in England. I don’t think there are any people of English descent who are not partly descended from French Normans of the 1400s or so.
