Mpule Kwelagobe is a Botswanan politician, model, beauty queen, investor, and businessperson. She was crowned Miss Botswana 1997, Miss Universe Botswana 1999, and Miss Universe 1999. She is the first black African woman to win one of the Big Four international beauty pageants, She is 5′10″.

Mpule is the daughter of Dibelang (Montshosi), an accountant, and Justice Mothusi Kwelagobe, a politician. Her parents divorced when she was three years old, and she was raised by her mother. She is married to Abhijoy Gandhi.
