Michael Imperioli is an American actor, writer, and musician. His roles include Christopher Moltisanti on The Sopranos, the series Life on Mars, Detroit 1-8-7, and The White Lotus, and the films Goodfellas, Jungle Fever, Household Saints, The Addiction, Bad Boys (1995), The Basketball Diaries, Clockers, Dead Presidents, Sweet Nothing, Girls Town, I Shot Andy Warhol, Last Man Standing, River Made to Drown In, Office Killer, Too Tired to Die, On the Run, Summer of Sam, which he also co-wrote; High Roller: The Stu Ungar Story, My Baby’s Daddy, Shark Tale, The Lovebirds, The Lovely Bones, The Call and Oldboy (both 2013), Cantinflas, The Wannabe, Primal (2019), and One Night in Miami… He also directed and wrote the film The Hungry Ghosts and co-wrote episodes of The Sopranos.

He is the son of Claire, a department store worker, and Dan Imperioli, a bus driver. His parents had both also acted. He was raised partly in Brewster, New York. Michael is married to Victoria Chlebowski, with whom he has three children.

Michael’s paternal grandfather was Michael Imperiolo (the son of Domenico Imperioli and Arcangela Lungli). Michael’s grandfather Michael was born in Ripi, Lazio, Italy.

Michael’s paternal grandmother was Susanne Rose Pedoto (the daughter of Daniel Pedoto and Anne Guzzetta). Susanne was born in New York.

Michael’s maternal grandfather was Albert Luzzi (the son of John Luzzi and Clara Paolino). Albert was born in New York.
