I’ve never seen a North African that look like him, and I am surrounded by North Africans. He is lighter skinned with different skull shape and hair texture than average North African.

PUERTO RICAN is not a race. In this case it is his culture. He is obviously of mixed races. More than likley, he is Taino Indian, Spanish or Italian and has some Black. My husband is Puertorican too, but he looks white/with very little black. Not everyone in Puertorico has the same mix or color, but most everyone there is definitely of mixed race.
He is african-puetorican spanish-mulato and indigenous.
He is Spanish/Italian origins only but is also Puerto Rican and Mexican without black and indian!

@Angel Syrene most all puerto ricans have an African and Indian admixture. I think you can see it with his bulging eyeballs.
