Fetty was raised in a housing project in Paterson, New Jersey. Fetty is sometimes described as being of Haitian descent. It does not appear that this is accurate. He has had six children, a son with Ariel Reese; two with Lezhae Zeona; a son with actress and model Masika Kalysha; a daughter with Elaynna Parker; and a daughter with Turquoise Miami.
