Her mother is named Marianne Thérese (Gustavsson, later Olovsdotter) Rye. It is not publicly known who her father is.

Elliphant’s maternal grandfather was Karl Olof Gustavsson (the son of Karl Alfred Gustavsson and Helga Alfhild Kristina Nyberg). Karl Olof was born in Stockholm. Karl Alfred was the son of an unknown father and Edla Andersson. Helga was the daughter of Karl Alfred Julius Nyberg and Emma Eskelina Nilsson.

Elliphant’s maternal grandmother was Vivian Margareta Engström (the daughter of Anders Harry Engström and Cissy Maria Fredrika Ohlsson). Vivian was born in Stockholm. Anders was the son of Nils Andersson Engström and Hulda Serafia Hallberg, who was born in Newport, Rhode Island, United States, to Swedish parents. Cissy was a foundling.
