Cliff Hagan is an American professional basketball player. A small forward, he spent most of his career with the St. Louis Hawks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is in the Hall of Fame.

Cliff is the son of Mable Maddie and Thomas Wilber Hagan.

Cliff’s paternal grandfather was Samuel K. Hagan (the son of Thomas D. Hagan and Mildred Winifred Manning). Thomas was born in Kentucky, the son of William Byrum Hagan and Mary Catherine Polly Garmen. Mildred was born in Meade, Kentucky, the daughter of John Henry Manning and Susan Catherine Gough.
