Chris Carrabba is an American singer and musician. He is the lead singer and guitarist of rock band Dashboard Confessional, lead singer of rock band Further Seems Forever, and singer and guitarist of folk rock band Twin Forks.

Chris’ paternal grandfather was named Salvatore R. Carrabba (the son of Angelo Carrabba and Antoinetta). Salvatore was born in Connecticut, to Italian parents.

Chris’s paternal grandmother was Gloria C. Torregrossa (the daughter of Andrew Torregrossa and Pietrina D’Angelo). Gloria was born in New York, to Italian parents. Andrew was born in Licata, Province of Agrigento, Sicily.
