Cesar Millan is a Mexican and American dog behaviorist, television personality, and author. He is famous for his television series Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan.

Cesar is the son of María Teresa Favela and Felipe Millán Guillen. He grew up on his grandparents’ farm in Mexico. Cesar moved to the United States when he was 21 years old. He currently resides in California. He became a U.S. citizen in 2009. Cesar has two children with his former wife Ilusión Wilson.
