Carlo Ancelotti is an Italian professional footballer and manager. He manages La Liga club Real Madrid. He has won nine UEFA club competition titles as manager, the most of all time. A midfielder, he played for Parma, Roma, and AC Milan, and the Italy national team. He has managed Reggiana, Parma, Juventus, AC Milan, Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Napoli, and Everton, and the Italy national team (the latter as an assistant). He is nicknamed “Carletto” and “Don Carlo.”

Carlo is the son of Giuseppe “Peppino” Ancelotti. He is married to Canadian businessperson Mariann Barrena McClay. He has two children, including assistant coach Davide Ancelotti, with his former wife Luisa Gibellini.
