Carlie Casey is an American actress and director. She is known for her roles on the shows Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide and Are You There God? It’s Me Margot, the latter of which she also created.

Carlie’s paternal grandfather was William Patrick Casey (the son of William Joseph Casey and Agnes Morrissey). William was born in Wisconsin, the son of Patrick Casey and Mary Frances Hanley. Agnes was born in Wisconsin, the daughter of Francis Frank Morrissey and Margaret Maggie O’Keefe.

Carlie’s paternal grandmother was Eleanor Eiss (the daughter of Robert Martin Eiss and Eleanor May Brown). Robert was born in Buffalo, New York, the son of George Martin Eiss and Bertha Inez Smith. Eleanor was born in Rochester, New York, the daughter of Herman Stone Brown and Eleanor Grace Taylor.

Carlie’s maternal grandfather was Daniel Napuck (the son of Gestor Napuck and Sarah Adeline Troxell). Gestor was Russian Jewish. Sarah was born in Wisconsin, of German, including Alsatian, and Swiss-German, descent, and was the daughter of Frank Button/Burton Troxell and Mary/Maria Mesinger/Messinger. Sarah likely converted to Judaism.

Carlie’s maternal grandmother was Beverly Siegel (the daughter of David Siegel and Sylvia Solinsky). David was Russian Jewish. Sylvia was Polish Jewish.
