Benita Ha is a Canadian actress, television host, and nurse. She hosted the show Street Cents, and has appeared in the films Valentine (2001), The Invisible (2007), Case 39, and Good Boys, and in the Dead Rising video games. She has often appeared as television reporters in films.

She was born in Hong Kong and moved to Canada as a child. Her aunt is actress Diana Ha.

She can speak Cantonese. The word Ha means “summer” in Chinese and Vietnamese.
