Her father, Louis Francois “Boet” Prinsloo, a Christian minister, was born in South-West Africa (now Namibia). Her mother, Magda, was born in Cape Town. Her surname is Dutch. She is from an Afrikaner family. A picture of Behati’s mother can be seen here.
Behati is married to American singer, television personality, and actor Adam Levine, with whom she has three children. She has also been billed as Behati Prinsloo Levine.
Behati is a second cousin, three times removed, of prominent Afrikaner, Colonel Hendrik Prinsloo. She was also a half-third cousin, once removed, of South African president F. W. de Klerk. Behati’s paternal great-great-great-grandmother, Anna Sophia Erasmus, was also F. W.’s maternal great-great-grandmother.
Behati’s patrilineal ancestry can be traced back to her tenth great-grandfather, Hendrik Prinsloo.
Behati’s paternal grandfather was Louis Francois Prinsloo (the son of Georg Diederick Prinsloo and Cornelia Maria Pretorius). Louis was born in Angola. Georg was the son of Michiel Wilhelm “Giel Prem” Prinsloo and Martha Catharina Jacoba du Preez. Cornelia was the daughter of Louis Frans Pretorius and Martha Sophia van Dyk.

I have found her parents’ marriage record, which is not in the FamilySearch catalog yet. However, it is quite poor to see the document. :(
Here’s the marriage record: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10212721485137715&set=p.10212721485137715&type=3&theater
I can barely read Magda’s maiden surname as Rossouw.
The marriage record is gone. :(
Is Rossouw a Dutch surname?
No, it’s French from “Rousseau”
Prinsloo is obviously Dutch
Louis F./Boet Prinsloo -> Louis Francois “Boet” Prinsloo
Behati’s paternal grandparents were Louis Francois Prinsloo (the son of Georg Diederick Prinsloo and Cornelia Maria Pretorius) and ? van Tonder. Georg was the son of Michiel Wilhelm “Giel Prem” Prinsloo and Martha Catharina Jacoba du Preez. Michiel’s paternal great-great-grandfather, Johann David Christin, was a Latvian immigrant, from Riga, and paternal fifth great-grandfather, Thomas Monk, was a Swedish immigrant, from Stockholm. Also, two of Michiel’s maternal fourth great-grandfathers, Balthazar Roelofse and Cornelis Knoetzen (who was also Martha Catharina’s paternal fourth great-grandfather), were Danish immigrants, from Haderslev and Funen, respectively. Martha Catharina’s paternal third great-grandfather, Ignácio Leopoldo da Costa Ferreira, was a Portuguese immigrant, from Lisbon. Martha Catharina’s paternal fourth great-grandfather, Andries Oelofse, was a Norwegian immigrant, from Christiania (now Oslo). Cornelia was the daughter of Louis Frans Pretorius and Martha Sophia van Dyk. One of Louis’ paternal fourth great-grandfather was also Cornelis Knoetzen, making Michiel, Martha Catharina, and Martha Sophia fifth cousins. Also, Louis’ paternal fourth great-grandfather, Michiel Ley, was a Swiss-French immigrant, from Basel. Martha Sophia’s maternal fourth great-grandfather, Robbert Robberts Brand, was a Norwegian immigrant, from Christiania (now Oslo). Robbert’s mother was Johanna Susanna Ferreira, whose last name is of Portuguese origin, indicating that she had Sephardi Jewish ancestry. It is unclear if this ancestry is accurate.
Behati’s patrilineal ancestry can be traced back to her tenth great-grandfather Hendrik Prinsloo.
Behati’s other Afrikaner ancestries include French and German, as well as remote Belgian (both Flemish and Walloon), 1/1024 Swiss-French, and 1/1024 Swiss-German. She also has 5/1024 Danish, 1/256 Latvian, 1/512 Portuguese, 1/512 Norwegian, and 1/2048 Swedish. Also, a few of her ancestors were Chinese, Indian, Indonesian, and African (including Angolan) slaves.

REMARK: Please, recheck Behati’s paternal grandfather’s ancestry because some of her ancestors were double or multiple ancestors like in the case of Cornelis Knoetzen.
Are these distant Asian and/or African ancestors verified? I checked Candice Swanepoel’s Geni profile (who has a similar background as all Afrikaners) very accurately but I found none. Just a little curiosity.
That I why I told everyone to recheck her ancestry. But, they are verified based on both the documentations from the original documents (it is not my fault if disputed) and the DNA since Geni introduced DNA several weeks ago that will make the documentation of these ancestries more accurately.
Dutch (Afrikaner) —> Afrikaner (Dutch, possibly other)
Boet’s real name is Louis. I have found his Facebook account.
His middle initial is F.
