Andre Iguodala is an American professional basketball player. He plays for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA), and previously for the Philadelphia 76ers, the Denver Nuggets, and the Miami Heat.

His mother, Linda Shanklin, is African-American. His father is Nigerian. As he is of Nigerian descent, Iguodala is eligible to represent Nigeria in world competition. His surname is of Edo origin.

He is married to Christina Gutierrez, and has two children.
