Andre De Grasse is a Canadian sprinter. He is an eight-time Olympic medalist.

He was born in Scarborough, Ontario, the son of Beverley De Grasse, who is originally from Trinidad and Tobago, and Alexander Waithe, who is originally from Barbados. He was raised in Markham, Ontario. His parents are pictured here.

Andre is married to American track and field athlete/hurdler Nia Ali, with whom he has two children. Nia is of African-American descent. Andre is Catholic.
