She has stated here that she has Hungarian ancestry. Her father has Rusyn, French, English, and likely Lithuanian descent. Her mother has Hungarian, German, and English ancestry.
She was raised in Minnesota.
Ragan’s paternal grandfather was Frederick Franklin Wallake (the son of Peter “Pete” Wallake/Wallak and Lucille May/Mae Toolooze/Toulouse). Frederick was born in Missouri. Peter was born in either Lithuania or Germany. He was listed as a Lithuanian speaker on the 1930 U.S. Census. Lucille was born in Missouri, the daughter of Edward Alonzo Toolooze/Toulouse and Margaret M. Ogle.
Ragan’s paternal grandmother was Mary Dolores Petruney/Petruni (the daughter of Michael/Mike Petruney and Anna Sabo). Mary was born in Pennsylvania, to immigrant parents, who likely were Rusyn.
Ragan’s maternal grandfather was Louis J. Fabian (the son of Ludovic “Louis” Fabian and Maria “Mary” Packo). Louis was born in Ohio, to Hungarian parents. Maria was the daughter of George Packo/Paczko and Maria “Mary” Krusoczki.
Ragan’s maternal grandmother was Eleanor W. Vogel (the daughter of Grover Cleveland Vogel and Maud/Maude May Ahrens). Eleanor was born in Ohio. Grover was born in Ohio, the son of George W. Vogel, who was German, and of Sarah Elizabeth Shull. Maud was born in Michigan, the daughter of William Ahrens, who was German, and of Sarah Fitchett.

It seems like the paternal grandmother is wrong. This is her, and she is attached to a family tree that shows different ancestors than the ones listed:

The ancestry is unclear though. Michael and Anna were Slovak according to the 1920 census, Italian on the 1930 census, and back to Slovak in 1940. They were both buried in a Greek Catholic cemetery, so they were most likely Rusyn.

Them listing themselves as Italian on one census, and Michael being a tanner (leather worker), makes me think of a Romani background however.
