Ingrid Helene Håvik is a Norwegian songwriter and vocalist.

She is the daughter of Solveig (Berg) and Jan Ove Håvik.

Ingrid’s maternal grandmother was Berit Bertelsdatter Sesilia Mjaaseth (the daughter of Bertel Johannes Johannesen Mjaaseth and Lassine “Sine” Olsdatter Søllevik, later Ruskedal). Bertel was the son of Johannes Christiansen Mjaaseth and Anne Johanne Tollefsdatter Mjaaseth. Lassine was the daughter of Ole Iversen Sangnæs (later Ruskedal) and Lucie Halvorsdatter Indre Hjertholm.
