lol, my grandmother was a black haired, dark eyed, olive skinned Irishwoman, and although i am several shades lighter, I am still dark haired and brown eyed and I will slowly tan. I have had a genetic test done and my haplogroup is one of the groups that developed SOLELY in Europe!
There are lots dark haired Irish people in Ireland its very common in the east coast west coast and south coast of Ireland they are called black Irish.

Irish aren’t Anglo-Saxon that’s English (angles mixed with the saxons) they’re celtic and I agree he looks like he could be part indian.
That’s quite simplistic. Anglo-Saxon is very overstated and most of those groups in that part of the world whether they be “Celtic” or “Anglo-Saxon” are virtually the same. The reason being that the majority ancestry was laid down in the Bronze Age. This is why on dna cluster maps you see this.
