Hayley Williams is an American singer, songwriter, musician, and businessperson. She is the lead vocalist, primary songwriter, and keyboardist of rock band Paramore. She launched the hair dye company Good Dye Young.
Hayley is the daughter of Cristi and Joey Williams. She was raised partly in Franklin, Tennessee.
Hayley is sometimes said to have Irish, Scottish, and German ancestry. It is not clear if this is accurate, but white Southerners usually have at least some degree of Scots-Irish and German roots.

I am not sure how credible that site is though.
Correction she is actually mostly English & small amounts of Welsh no Scottish
in some photos she looks exactly to Leigh Nash and also their voices are pretty similar.
In some images Hayley WIlliams looks exactly! to Leigh Nash of Sixpence None the Richer. The manner of their singing is fairly alike. I wonder if people realize of it
