Don Cornelius was an American television host and producer. He was the host of dance and music show Soul Train from 1971 to 1993, which he also created.
Don was the son of Thelma Booth and Carter Cornelius. He was raised in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood. He had two children with his former wife Delores Harrison.
