She is the daughter of Silvia Barragán and Daniel Gaytán. She is the sister of musician Gonzalo “Chacho” Gaytán and actor Alejandro Gaytán. Bibi was raised in Villahermosa, Tabasco. She is married to actor Eduardo Capetillo, with whom she has five children.
