All of Floyd Frank Hogsett grandparents were from Ireland, but I don’t know if they were of Irish or Scot-Irish descent. The surname “Hogsett” from example is most likely of Scottish origin.
Sarah Halpin’s ancestors were form County Limerick, so she was most likely of Irish descent.
