Scott Weinger is an American actor, writer, and producer. He co-starred on the series Full House and Fuller House, and voiced Aladdin in the 1992 Disney animated film of the same name, as well as in several subsequent projects. He wrote for the shows What I Like About You, Privileged, 90210, The Neighbors, and Galavant.

Scott is married to television writer and producer Rina Mimoun, with whom he has a son. Rina is of Moroccan Jewish background.

Scott’s maternal grandfather was named Myron A. Maged (the son of Benjamin F. Maged and Hannah). Myron was born in New York. Benjamin was a Russian Jewish immigrant, and was the son of Samuel Maged and Hennie Mastrovoy. Scott’s great-grandmother Hannah was born in New York, to Russian Jewish parents.

Scott’s maternal grandmother was Marjorie Margaret/Margarite Goldwag/Gold (the daughter of Wolf/William Michel Goldwag/Gold and Esther Rosenstein). Marjorie was born in New York, to Russian Jewish parents. Wolf was the son of Szloma Falek Goldwag, who was born in Tarnogród, Poland, and of Margalit/Margula Gulcha Rozencwajg, who was born in Lublin, Poland.
