He is married to Holly Hannula, with whom he has a daughter.

Rob’s paternal grandfather was Merle Elwood Huebel (the son of Rudolph Julius Huebel and Minnie Myrtle Schultz/Schultze). Merle was born in West Virginia. Rudolph was born in West Virginia, to German parents, Wensel Huebel and Emma Muegge. Minnie was the daughter of August J. Schultze, whose parents were German, and of Dora Brooks.

Rob’s paternal grandmother was named Ruth E. Young (the daughter of Anna).

Rob’s maternal grandfather was John Logan Lovelace (the son of Nathaniel B. Lovelace and Annie/Ann Davis Barksdale). John was born in Virginia. Nathaniel was the son of John Logan Lovelace and America Adams Baker. Annie was the daughter of William Morton Barksdale and Virginia Ann Young.
