María Conchita Alonso is a Cuban-Venezuelan-American actress, beauty queen, and singer. She was born in Cienfuegos, Cuba, the daughter of María Conchita Bustillo and Ricardo Alonso. Her family moved to Venezuela when she was five, after the Cuban Revolution. María was Miss Teenager World in 1971, and Miss World/Venezuela in 1975, and had a successful singing career in Spanish-language markets before turning to acting, and starring in Hollywood films and on Broadway. Since the mid 1980s, she has worked as an actress mostly in the United States. María has bcome a U.S. citizen. Her niece is pornographic actress LaSirena69/Antonella Alonso.
